![]() Inside the pizzeria, we can see framed photos of several fighters from multiple Punch-Out games, but there’s also a picture of a duck flying from the grass that references Duck Hunt, the classic NES game in which we used a laser gun to shoot at our TV screen. The movie begins at the Punch-Out Pizzeria, a fictional place that nods at the Punch-Out!! gaming franchise. That doesn’t mean this section of the movie isn’t filled with Easter eggs since we can see Nintendo’s influence everywhere we look. ![]() Movie begins, Mario and Luigi are still living in Brooklyn, unaware there’s a magic kingdom populated by living mushrooms and terrifying turtles. Instead run past it and hit the Bowser gong with a fireball or boomerang, or by tapping the touchscreen, summoning another teleport block.When The Super Mario Bros. ![]() In the same hallway that led out to the stamp, travel all the way to the end but do not go into the teleport block. ![]() On the balcony, use the Propeller Block to jump onto the roof, and head up to the highest roof section to reach the stamp. Where the three Spikes are throwing hazards in a row (but spaced out in small sections), follow the path of their projectiles toward the camera to head outside. Grab the propeller block from the area with the keys and head into the next area. Jump into one and use its ability to grab the Green Star and fly out. On the other side of the pit will be 4 blocks that turn into propeller blocks. ![]() On switch, you can also press R to use a cursor and the switch controller's gyroscope to aim.Īfter heading up the stairs past a large Bowser Gong, look for an alcove and tap the wall to reveal a hidden area with the first Green Star.Īfter the checkpoint, in the area with the 5 keys, the Green Star will be located over a pit. This level requires the Gamepad to open doors by sliding across the touchscreen. ![]()
